Meet The World

Purwanchal Vidyamandir is associated with the British Council Connecting Classrooms programme -IDS, formerly ISA, since 2014. The Connecting Classrooms programme is a flagship enterprise of the British Council which helps schools across the world to embed the global dimension into their curriculum. Our school has got the British Council accreditation for including the international dimension in education for the following years: 2015-18, 2018-21 and 2022-25. Each accreditation is valid for three years.

Our school has well-established links with schools from Nepal, Bangladesh, UK, Spain, Turkey, Nigeria, Taiwan and Greece. We work collectively on global projects that aim to achieve the United Nations’ sustainable development goals [SDGs]. Collaboration with schools worldwide helps our students and teachers alike, to enrich themselves through global and cross-cultural learning.
