Parents who seek admission for their wards to the school are requested to collect the Application Form for the admission from the office of Purwanchal Vidyamandir.

The forms duly filled up are to be submitted to the office along with the required documents. Admission depends strictly on vacancy, age and the merit of the child. The decision of the Principal regarding selection of the candidates for admission is final and binding.

1. What is the admission procedure at Purwanchal Vidyamandir?
To apply, parents must collect the Application Form and Prospectus from the school office between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. The completed forms, along with the required documents, should be submitted back to the office. Admission is based on factors such as vacancy, age, and the child's merit. The Principal's decision regarding admissions is final and binding.
  • Nursery: 3+ years (Born between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023)
  • Lower Infant: 4+ years (Born between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2022)
  • Upper Infant: 5+ years (Born between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021)

Parents must submit the following documents along with the completed application form:

  1. Attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authorities.
  2. Attested copy of the Hospital/Nursing Home Birth Certificate or Discharge Certificate.
  3. Original Medical Certificate stating the child's health condition and fitness (issued by an MBBS doctor).
  4. Self-attested copies of the Aadhaar Card and Pan Card of both parents.
  5. Attested copy of the Legal Adoption Deed (if the child is a ward of a legal guardian).
The Registration Form and Prospectus are available for ₹600/-, which can be collected from the school office.
  • Nursery:
    • Morning: 6:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
    • Day: 12:00 Noon to 3:15 p.m.
  • Lower Infant / Upper Infant:
    • Morning: 6:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
    • Day: 12:00 Noon to 3:50 p.m.

These timings are applicable from Monday to Friday.

The fee structure for Nursery, Lower Infant, and Upper Infant classes is as follows:

  • Admission Fee: ₹14,000/-
  • Deposit (Refundable): ₹5,000/-
  • Session Fee (Half-Yearly): ₹4,000/-
  • Development Fee (Half-Yearly): ₹800/-
  • Tuition Fee (Monthly): ₹1,350/-
  • Miscellaneous Items (Yearly): ₹2,500/-

Please note that the fees are subject to change, and it's advisable to confirm the current fees with the school office.

Parents/guardians are required to make their own transport arrangements for their wards. However, a few transport operators have been authorized for this purpose in certain areas. No child will be allowed to leave the school premises unless the Identity Card issued by the school is produced.
Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform. Those without the uniform will not be allowed to attend classes.
